Cup and ribbon ties with 5′ of white ribbon. Avoid tying.
Premium Balloon Seal®. With 5′ ribbon for helium-filled 9″ to 16″ latex balloons. Pull the tail of the infalted balloon down into the cup’s slot. Twist around the neck of the cup and insert into the next slot. Tuck the tail up under the balloon.
