PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.

RETURN POLICY:

All Sales are Final – No Exchanges, Returns or Refunds.

Balloons are NOT Returnable.

Shipper Returned Orders: If your shipping address is wrong and the package is returned, undeliverable, refused or is returned to us, we will not credit back the shipping charge of the purchase. These Returns are subject to a 20% Restocking Fee.

Mylar Balloon Inflation: Make sure you are using the correct equipment. UNDERSTAND we are Not responsible for balloons damaged, and/or popped when incorrectly inflated. DO NOT INFLATE FOIL/MYLAR BALLOONS WITH A LATEX BALLOON INFLATOR/TIP!

Foil Balloon Height / Size:
The height or sizes listed on the website, are what the manufacturer’s state for the size of the balloon. Most manufacturers measure balloon size uniflated, flat, some measure inflated. Sizes like 34″ Number and Letters usually range in size between 32″ and 36″ depending on letter, to insure it will float with helium if it is designed to float, thus called 34″ Size. 18″ Foil balloons range in size usually between 17″ and 19″, but are usually listed as 18″ size.

No warranty or replacement on All items marked as: Close-Out, Closeout, Vintage, As-Is, Slightly Blemished, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Singing Balloons, are Final Sale and are sold as is. Dated items (e.g. Super Bowl 55, Grad 2021, New Years 2021) and Latex Balloons are not returnable. Returns are not allowed for Resellers, selling on third party sites.

Shipping: We usually ship within 2-3 business days, if you have a party or event that you are ordering for make sure that you allow at least a week for delivery. Large and or Heavy orders are shipped Fed Ex Ground or UPS and may take longer to arrive, plan accordingly. (We Usually will NOT ship these orders to HI, AK, GU, VI or PR.) Orders will be shipped within 7 days. Some items maybe back-ordered to get the order shipped earlier.

If you list a ship to address on our website in checkout and a different ship to address during the Paypal part of checkout, we will ship to the Paypal shipping address.

Export – We don’t direct export…. We do have a number of customers using: MyUS and UCS Net Shopper or Borderlink.
Or have a friend or family member buy it online and forward it to you. We require a US Shipping Address and US Credit Card Billing address on all orders. Our shopping cart is only able to calculate shipping cost within the US. These types of orders can only be done online through Paypal Check-out, no phone orders.

If you list a ship to address on our website in checkout and a different ship to address during the Paypal part of checkout, we will ship to the Paypal shipping address.

Big and Bulky Orders and Orders that exceed normal ordering will have the additional shipping cost billed and paid prior to accepting the order. ie: If more than 10 bags of 17 inch latex balloons, are ordered, there will be additional shipping, due to weight, 48 states. HI, AK, VI, etc will probably require more shipping for 5 or more bags.

PLEASE put in the special instruction section at check out the date you would like your order by. We do not offer overnight shipping. Orders placed after 12 noon Friday may not get into the system until Monday morning, if we are out of stock on the items ordered. Some items require extra shipping cost to HI and AK, most do not.

Canceled Orders Prior to Shipping:
If you request an order canceled prior to being shipped, we will charge a 5% cancellation fee (with a Minimum of $3.50 cancellation fee) to cover credit card processing fees charged for the order. We can’t cancel orders already labeled or shipped.
If we cancel your order, because you ordered item(s) that are marked for “Will Call Only” to be shipped, or “$11.95 Minimum shipping” and you didn’t order enough to get the shipping cost to $11.95, we will charge a 5% cancellation fee (with a Minimum of $3.50 cancellation fee) to cover credit card processing fees charged for the order.

We Don’t Combine Orders.

Rush Shipping: We do not offer overnight shipping. If you need a order by a certain date, Put the date in the “Customer Options” section at check out or email us immediately after placing an online order with NAME, ZIP and DATE needed and if it is possible we will ship the items so they should arrive by that date if possible. WE DO NOT OFFER A DELIVERY GUARANTEE BY a Certain Date, all orders are subject to postal or carrier delays.

LATEX BALLOON WARNING! Choking Hazard. Children under 8 years can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons. Adult supervision required. Keep uninflated balloons from children. Discard broken balloons at once.

MYLAR/FOIL BALLOON WARNING! Not Suitable for Children under 36 months due to potential small parts which may pose a choking hazard. Adult supervision required.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Our balloons are not inflated when delivered. Balloons are sold & shipped flat, not inflated, wholesale.
We supply balloons in bulk.

Orders under $10.00 are CASH Only. NO CHECKS ACCEPTED.
Orders of $10.00 or more can by paid by Credit Card of the person picking up the order. We accept Credits Cards via Square. Balloon prices on website are for flat, not inflated. All Will Call Orders are Final Sale, No Returns.
