RETURN POLICY:

Incorrectly Received Goods: While we try our best to ensure that your order is 100% accurate and that our customers are always satisfied with their shipments, shipping errors may happen on rare occasion. If we inadvertently shipped you the wrong product, just advise us within 48 hours of receipt of the product(s), and we will make every attempt to collect the goods and re-ship you the correct goods, at no additional cost to you!

Shortages: If you feel there is a shortage in your order. FIRST look in the package labeled “Multiple Balloons Enclosed” or check Packing Slip for notes: ie: “Backordered”, “Refunded”, otherwise you must report it within 48 hours of receiving order.

Defective Merchandise: We will only accept returns of defective merchandise, and require a return authorization number from us in order to return the products within 7 Days from original delivery date of the product to the customer. We can’t accept goods that have been inadvertently ordered (e.g. balloon shade wasn’t what you anticipated), over-ordered by the customer, damaged by the customer, or that have been used in any way (e.g. balloons cannot be used by the customer, balloon inflators cannot be previously used for an event and put back into box). We don’t rent.  Defective products will be replaced or credited at the discretion of Customer Service. Should we decide to issue a refund, we will issue a refund after inspection of the product(s) to ensure it meets our return policy, and a credit for the purchase price will be issued promptly within 5 business days to the original form of payment. Original Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable.

Mylar Balloon Inflation: Make sure you are using the correct equipment. UNDERSTAND we are Not responsible for balloons damaged, and/or popped when incorrectly inflated.

Final Sale: All Closeout, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, are Final Sale and are sold as is.  Dated items (e.g. Super Bowl 51, Grad 2017, New Years 2017) and Latex Balloons are not returnable.

Contact Us First: Please EMAIL US first before attempting to return products to us.

Shipper Returned Orders: If your shipping address is wrong and the package is returned, undeliverable, refused or is returned to us, we will not credit back the shipping charge of the purchase. These Returns are subject to a 20% Restocking Fee.

WE DO NOT OFFER A DELIVERY GUARANTEE BY a Certain Date, all orders are subject to postal or carrier delays.
