We do accept orders over the phone, with a Minimum of $40.00 of Merchandise (effective 01/15/10). You must place a phone order for orders sent to an address other then the billing address of the credit card or verify info when we require it later, by phone when we email you a request to do so. We do not take credit cards from outside the US, US billing address, US shipping address.

 You can either pay through Paypal or send a Personal Check or Money Order. Paypal orders are shipped to the confirmed credit card address.

Shipping: We usually ship within 2-3 business days, if you have a party or event that you are ordering for make sure that you allow at least a week for delivery. Large and or Heavy orders are shipped Fed Ex Ground and may take longer to arrive, plan accordingly.  We do not offer overnight shipping. Orders placed after 12 noon Friday may not get into the system until Monday morning, if  we are out of stock on the items ordered. Some items require extra shipping cost to HI and AK, most do not.

Shipping Address: We ship to the credit card billing address ONLY for online orders. The billing address must be within the US for us to take the credit card online or by phone.
Returns: If your shipping address is wrong and the package is returned, undeliverable, refused or is returned to us, we will not credit back the shipping charge of the purchase. Returns are subject to a 20% Restocking Fee. Custom Orders are not returnable. Other returns must be unopened, like new condition. Opened bags of latex balloons are not returnable.  No returns accepted / credited after 30 days.
Orders will be canceled if Actual shipping cost exceed the cost of the whole amount of the order.
Export: We sell within the USA only, WE DO NOT EXPORT.
In Stock: Not all balloons are guaranteed to be in Stock at time of ordering.
Can we pick up and order at the warehouse that we placed online? No. Orders placed online are shipped.
Can we come in and shop the warehouse? Yes, but we require you to add items to the online shopping cart and copy and paste it in an email to us and the day you would like to pick it up, unless we have made other arrangements with you in advance.
Balloons are sold  flat, not inflated.

Guarantee: If balloons are defective when received please contact us to return balloon(s) to us in order for us to submit defective balloon(s) to their manufacturer. If accepted (determined to be defective) you will have your balloon(s) replaced for free, or your money refunded, and is not responsible for loss of profits.. Shipping costs are not refunded. 
Liability Policy:
Management reserves the right to decline any order deemed out of the ordinary in terms of service or special handling.
Your sole and exclusive remedy against Balloon Warehouse is limited to the return or the replacement of said merchandise. You shall have no right against Balloon Warehouse for incidental or consequential damages, like loss of expected party decorating profits, etc.
Also, please note that typoes do happin [like that one there!]. Balloon Warehouse is not liable for typographical errors.
Mylar Balloon Inflation - Make sure you are using the correct equipment. UNDERSTAND we are not responsible for balloons damaged, popped when incorrectly inflated.

LATEX BALLOONS - How long do they last inflated with Helium? Average time is 8 - 14 hours for 11 to 12 inch size, depending on the brand. Hi-Float® can extend the fly time. Heat can reduce the fly time. Blow-up as close to the event as possible for the freshest looking balloons.
